We suggest If you are planing to gather 50 of your
closest friends together for a Bus trip to Laughlin that a
Group Leader be appointed.

  To assure a smooth trip to Laughlin for guests
arriving by  bus (Motorcoach) at The Flamingo
the group must adhere to certain procedures:

        The Group Leader for each bus must make all arrangements by calling
        Patty Dion at the Flamingo Laughlin at 702-298-5111.

Caution - No bus group may arrive "unexpected" -
all arrangements must be completed well in advance of Tri State "T"




IF you are thinking of filling a bus ....
The Baroness of the Bash will hold a limited number of  “Bus Block” seats if she receives your eMail requesting same - and with information about your chapter name and number, location etc....

PLEASE   no phone calls, only eMails

If the Ticket Application does not arrive with
full payment by the agreed time, the block of seats may be released.

Caution - you are about to enter a Red Hat Fun Zone!
Last October everyone had a super good time, but people were turned away
as the Flamingo's ballroom seats were filled within 4 weeks.
This year our seating is limited to 800 happy Red Hatters!
