Should I have listed all names when I ordered Seats?

YES if you want each person to be able to enter the event without a problem. ONLY those names on our Official Registration List will be admitted. Acteva has sent an official Confirmation Letter to those Registered.

SO, if you have a Confirmation Letter with YOUR name and table number on it, you will be admitted.
IF NOT, then you will need to furnish ID and know your assigned table number.

*Purple Prose will handle name changes at NO CHARGE prior to September 15

NAME CHANGES - # ____ (show the Table #)

in the body please write the following:
1) list the "old name(s)"
2) list the "new names"
and be sure to sign the email with your REAL NAME

( A new CONFIRMATION LETTER will be sent to you by Acteva)

What and Why - Confirmation Letter?

As you know actual tickets have NOT been issued this year. All names are on our master list and each person that bought admission through Acteva has received a Confirmation Letter indicating the name(s) of those that will be admitted to Tri State "T" 6.

To make this a better experience during check-in on Friday (between noon and 4:30) our Dukes will be registering by Table Number - Please take your Confirmation Letter to the Registration Table that corresponds with the table number that has been assigned to you for the weekend.

At that time show the Duke your Confirmation Letter and he'll give you a Wristband. The Wristband will be worn for the weekend and is your admission to all Tri State "T" events. The Wristband shows your table number and "seat" number. This seat number is used for prize drawings (the 10 chairs at each table are NOT numbered)..

Only those with Activa's Confirmation Letter, or a Photo ID for those whose name appears on our Official Registration List - will receive a Tri State "T" 6 Holographic wristband.
