Need to print a form to perhaps look like it does on our web site?

(IF Google Crome is your browser: go to top right and click the button "Control the page"
Click and go to ZOOM; click SMALLER before you select "print" - that's all!)

Otherwise, change your Margins to allow printing on to one (1) page as follows:

1. ) Move your cursor to the top of your screen and click on > File

2. ) click on > Page Set Up

3. ) find the area where the Margins are listed

4. ) change all Margins to read > 0.25 " or
       you may need to change all Margin settings to read > 0.2" (MS Word)

5. ) click > OK

6. ) Go back to File and click on > Print Preview to see if it now fits on one page

Now go back to the Shopping Registration Form and click print... Hope this works for you!!
